While pursuing her Level 5 CIPD, Maria began consulting with TQB to gain the skills and knowledge necessary for her training. Now, Maria is a vital member of the TQB team as the Senior HR Consultant, supporting both clients and employees in their development. Katie joined TQB in September 2021 as an HR Support Apprentice. With a background in retail and management, she sought a career change while her children were still young. Katie is the heart of the HR team as well trying to help clients and colleagues. Katie is well on her way to becoming an excellent HR Advisor and advancing her career in Human Resources. She would like to go on and complete a level 5 qualification in the further, through her development at TQB. Sophia's addition to the team significantly enhances the HR department's efficiency and effectiveness. As the new HR Administrator, her primary focus is providing essential support to the HR team by managing various administrative responsibilities. In this role, Sophia is the linchpin that streamlines the HR department's daily operations. Her duties include managing employee records, handling recruitment and onboarding documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. She will also be going on to achieve her level 5 HR qualification. Louise’s decision to join the team as an HR Apprentice reflects her ambition to deepen her understanding of the intricate dynamics within the business world. As she embarks on this professional journey, she aims to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resources and business operations. For Louise, becoming an HR Apprentice is more than just a job; it's the start of a strategic career development path. By specialising in human resources, she acknowledges the crucial role this function plays in fostering a healthy and productive work environment. Louise is eager to gain firsthand experience in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and various aspects of organisational development.
