HELLO APRIL! ☀️🕶️ It’s finally here! It’s getting darker later, the weather is getting warmer (albeit slowly) and Q2 of 2024 is now ready to get going. I even went for a long-overdue run this morning! (Picture below) Q1 was a mixed one for Talent Chief Ltd. With the convenient alliteration of Frustrating February, March was actually the single most successful month since we opened! So, in the space of about 6 weeks, I went from wondering where the next placement was coming from to placing 3 in the space of 8 days towards the end of the month. This proves two things. 1.) Hard work pays off eventually 2.) The Recruitment market is well and truly bouncing back! That being said, another busy week here to come, and some amazing recruiters and agencies actively on the lookout currently.
