    Chatting loyalty in Stockholm last Friday 🇸🇪 A great morning last week hosting brands including IKEA, H&M and Djerf Avenue at our loyalty roundtable, in collaboration with Miltton Sweden. Talon.One’s Sam Panzer dove into a topic close to our heart: loyalty program profitability. The key takeaway? It’s not about the bells and whistles of fancy features, but about consistently delivering tangible value to customers while keeping profitability in focus. We wrapped up the day with cinnamon buns and a look around our venue, which just so happened to be Swedish House Mafia and Avicii’s former boardroom.
