Tandem Property Asset Management have invested significantly in cyber security over the past five years and we are delighted to have now achieved the 'Cyber Essentials Plus' accreditation. The Government-backed scheme recognises organisations that have best in class cyber security measures in place. Of the two levels of accreditation on offer, Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest. Well done to our team members Andy Millington and Martina Williams who managed the process from our side and huge thanks to our IT services provider Fifosys who lead the submission on our behalf. Tandem Property Asset Management’s efforts to help protect and maintain the UK’s rivers, canals, and waterways continued in earnest this week. Our #Birmingham, #Leeds and #Newcastle offices participated in two volunteering days in aid of the Canal & River Trust. In total, 28 of our colleagues took part. As part of continued growth plans, Tandem Property Asset Management are now planning a new office and a number of key appointments in Scotland to take on current key instructions and new business. The team in Scotland will be established with the best people bringing excellent experience and local knowledge together to deliver a high-quality client service.
