Group Sales Manager at Tavcom Training

It was a pleasure to meet today with Samuel Bortey MSc. MSyl. CTSP a former student of Tavcom Training who back in 2017 after leaving the Army took our Integrated Systems Diploma in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm & Networking & IP and also our BTEC Level 5 Security Consultancy Course. With a taste for further learning well and truly established, Samuel then went onto complete his Masters in `International Security & Risk Management` with our sister company PerpetuityARC Training. Samuel is now completing his PHD in Physical Security Enhancement in Offshore Oil and Gas Installations (Investigating Innovative Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems for Enhancing Physical Security and Preventing Unauthorised Access) nearing the completion of this course he is looking for some help from fellow security professionals by completing a research questionnaire to aid with his studies – should take 20/30 minutes if you can, to pass back your expertise and opinions back into the industry: https://lnkd.in/e3fsiRv6

What is our USP? Looking past the huge number of BTEC courses and almost 30 years of industry experience, our main USP is the purpose-built training centres that provide hands-on, practical learning experiences. Unlike traditional courses that focus mainly on theory, Tavcom immerses learners in real-world scenarios using industry-standard tools and equipment. This approach ensures that students gain the practical skills and confidence they need to excel in the fast-evolving security sector, including areas like CCTV, access control and fire. If you're looking for accredited technical security training, then speak to Tavcom. We're industry leaders for a reason. #technicaltraining #tavcomtraining
