Here's our latest install, this complete powder coating line is in Northamptonshire and consists of a five stage pretreatment, drying & curing ovens (complete with waste heat recovery to supplement stage 1 on the pretreatment) and heavy duty overhead conveyor. This week you'll find us in Czechia starting an installation for an existing customer of ours. It's the first full day of installation and the first pretreatment system is starting to take shape. This system will have two lines connected on one heavy duty conveyor with an automatic shot blaster from our friends at Centriblast in between them. 2024 has seen a busy start for us here at TD Finishing Ltd, so far we've commissioned a full five stage powder coating plant in Dorset for hospital equipment, commissioned a curing oven and power & free conveyor for architectural aluminium and started the installation of another full five stage powder coating system for automotive components. Here's an update on two jobs were currently commissioning, ready for production imminently. The first is a full aluminium processing line with 10 stage pretreatment & automatic transporter system, double well oven, powder curing oven and power & free conveyor. The other is a heavy duty line for processing fencing, gates and barriers. This has a five stage inline pretreatment, drying oven, curing oven and overhead conveyor running at 2m/min. This plant can process multi metal parts up to 2.4m in height. We've also designed and installed a waste water settlement system to process rinse waters.
