Here are some hints that may help you get an idea of how well an interview is going: 👉The interview is taking longer than scheduled. Chances are, your interviewer is interested in you and was highly engaged in the information you were providing. If you’re being asked more questions, your interviewer is likely trying to gauge how well your ability to work under pressure is, and they want to know more about you to make an informed decision. 👉They want you to meet other team members. Although you haven’t got the job yet, if the interviewer takes time to introduce you to the rest of the team, or mentions they want you to meet other team members who weren’t scheduled to join the interview, chances are they’re excited about you and think you’re the candidate they want. 👉You are asked follow-up questions. Pressing you for additional detail is a good sign, even if it feels a little intimidating in the moment.
