About us

TESYouth is a Social Enterprise and NFP organisation and stands for; Training, Employment Opportunities & Social Development for Young People. TESYouth aims to tackle and reduce youth unemployment by equipping and empowering young people with self-confidence, knowledge and professional skills. We are dedicated to make a big difference in society by offering high-quality skills-based workshops to young people, especially those unemployed. We lead them to find employment or run their own enterprise. TESYouth was born after we decided to do something about the ongoing problem of youth unemployment in the UK. We wanted to use our experience and expertise to make a real difference to the lives of a generation that has been faced with various obstacles due to the factors that it did not cause. We have seen far too many people failing to be offered the work experience needed to develop their careers in the right way, and few services offering turn-key workshops to help the inexperienced and unemployed. Please do get in touch if we can be of any assistance to you or your organisation: Tel: 020 3004 9617 Email: info@tesyouth.org Web: www.tesyouth.org _______________ Our legal status is a Community Interest Company (CIC). Unlike normal businesses any excess we may make is reinvested back into supporting young people.

  • Struggling to find your career path? Here's how one person turned uncertainty into clarity and how you can too. Last year, my friend Alex was at a crossroads. They felt stuck in a job that didn’t align with their passions but weren’t sure what their next move should be. Here’s the 3-step process Alex used to discover their perfect career path:  Reflect They asked themselves tough questions: What do I love doing? What are my strengths? What problems do I enjoy solving?  Explore Alex joined professional communities, attended webinars, and even tried a few online courses to explore their interests.  Take Action With clarity in hand, Alex started freelancing on the side to test their new direction. Within months, they had the confidence and skills to land their dream role!   The key takeaway? Clarity comes from action, not overthinking. Take small steps toward your goal and learn as you go. Are you stuck in your career or exploring new possibilities? Let’s discuss how your perfect path might be closer than you think. #internship #Motivation #LinkedInCommunity #PersonalGrowth #DreamJob
