When selecting your lock you will see size options such as 30-50 or 40-60, meaning it will suit box sections up to the second figure and come with the correct fixing bolts to fit to the section. It's important to ensure you keep the gap between the gate and receiver to the minimum recommended distance to reduce the possibility of lock tampering, and the bolts should always be adjusted so that the chamfered edge engages with the curved edge of the keep. Changing the code on a Borg ECP lock can be done in seconds, but how easy is it? 1. Enter the existing code 2. Using the code change key - insert the key into the code change slot, fully press and hold until step 5 3. Press the C button to clear the existing code 5 Release the code change key 6. Press C and your new code 7. The new code is now ready to use 8. Check the new code If you make a mistake when entering your new code (with the star button pressed) the C button can be pressed which will cancel any buttons that have been pressed. Things to remember when changing the code on your Locinox LMKQ and LFKQ: 1. The code can only be changed when the lock isn't mounted to the gate 2. Default code will always be 1-2-3-4 3. When replacing the screws, the 4 green screws will be positioned in the numbers that you want to be your new code. Red screws should be positioned in all other available slots. 4. Ensure the reset button is positioned on the latch side.
