Last December, the Education sector made Carbon Literacy Action Day history after training a total of 1,300+ learners with #CarbonLiteracy. That’s more than the previous 2 Action Days combined! 🤯 A key player that contributed to this achievement was CLAD Catalyst winner, Barnsley College, who broke the record for the most learners trained by any one organisation in a single day! 👥 And much like the coinciding global event of COP28, we had ambitious learners all over the world, from Manchester to Perth to Ontario, united in tackling the climate crisis. 🌍 This year, we're setting our sights even higher! 📈 Our goal is to continue driving forward at full throttle and create opportunities for learners in the education sector and beyond, to demonstrate their unwavering commitment to climate action. What better location to celebrate 100,000 Carbon Literate citizens than the National Football Museum - a pioneer of Carbon Literacy for museums! 🎉 The event was brimming with inspiring moments, including a captivating journey through our history led by co-founder Dave Coleman, along with insightful discussions.
