As we continue our countdown to #ClimateWeekNYC this week, we're going to be taking a closer look at climate finance. With a new global finance goal due at #COP29, this is the year when countries set out a clear and measurable way to meet the financial commitments they pledged through the Paris Agreement. This finance is desperately needed to keep the world on track for well under two degrees of warming. Without targeted and transparent climate finance, we can't tackle climate change. The world is already seeing the impact of soaring emissions. We have to bring these in line and find ways of adapting to a new reality.
