On 13th March our clubs attended 59club’s 15th Annual Service Excellence Awards Ceremony.   These prestigious awards recognise outstanding Venues, teams and individuals within the industry who consistently deliver outstanding experiences to members and guests. Picking up a Silver Flag award were Castle Royle, The Warwickshire and The Nottinghamshire, while taking home a Bronze Flag award were Cams Hall Estate, The Essex, Benton Hall, Lichfield, Nizels and Witney Lakes Resort. Congratulations to all on their continued efforts.

It's been another busy year for The Club Company, with two new clubs coming onboard, the launch of the new Wellbeing Check, innovative new HYBR1D classes, the arrival of Padel Tennis courts and FloatFit - a fun new water-based workout. We've seen The Club at Cams Hall Estate unveil brand-new health and wellbeing facilities, health club transformations at The Club At Mapledurham and Witney Lakes Resort, the installation of several pergolas, and beautiful new gyms at Benton Hall Golf & Country Club and Chartham Park Golf and Country Club - not to mention great progress across our Strike Shack driving ranges alongside many other achievements. As we wrap up 2024 we'd like to wish all our members and team members a wonderful festive period as we look forward to a fantastic 2025.

We're delighted to announce that The Club Company has signed the R&A’s Women in Golf Charter - a commitment to a more inclusive culture within golf and a dedication to continue to grow the women’s game.   Our aim is to increase the number of women and girls playing and working in golf - a goal already evident through many areas of our business. Currently we are proud to celebrate three female board members, three General Managers and a Club Director in the senior team, along with hundreds of other women that work across our portfolio. Our ambassador and Ladies European Tour player Cara Gainer has also been a fantastic support, and we're delighted to work alongside her towards our shared goal of growing the women’s game.   We're committed to encouraging and supporting all 17 of our clubs to introduce more women, girls and families into golf through various routes, and are excited to support future campaigns and initiatives which champion this initiative.

An innovative new group exercise class arrives this week at Nizels, Castle Royle and The Warwickshire in the form of FloatFit. A water-based workout, FloatFit seamlessly combines elements of a low-impact Aqua class with the cardio boost of HIIT and the core stability of a Pilates class. https://lnkd.in/ehdfN6kb

It's been a busy year for our ambassador Cara Gainer, who this month features on the cover of Golf Business magazine as she highlights the importance of growing participation in the women's game. We are so proud to support Cara as she continues to make great strides in her career on the Ladies European Tour. Cara has also been a key figure in helping to promote women's golf, with the success of the Cara Gainer Invitational earlier this year held at Castle Royle, as well as supporting the next generation of golfers at the Faldo Futures regional final to name just a couple.
