The Dunhill Medical Trust’s latest member-only resource is our Ignition Fund for researchers. DMT Academy Members are able to apply for up to £5k which can be used flexibly to support some training or professional development, to generate some initial data for a larger project, or to support some impact and engagement work, for example. The fund is open all the year round, with the next deadline for applications coming up on 6 December 2024. It’s really easy to apply for Academy membership so why not take a look? These flexible awards of up to £5k, are open now, next deadline 5pm 6 December 2024. They are available for a clearly defined activity or series of activities which: • are linked to the aims of the DMT Academy and/or one or more of our key priorities for research, as set out in our strategic framework; • considers relevant aspects of our key principles for research which are: • involvement, engagement and creating real impact; • capacity building and career/professional development; • equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Today I had the pleasure of presenting my The Dunhill Medical Trust funded PhD systematic review poster at the NEPG Conference. A very insightful day celebrating lots of amazing research being conducted by postgrads all over the UK🏫📚 I look forward to attending again next year and hopefully presenting some of my data analysis projects!
