Delighted to share my recent discussion on BBC One Show about supporting neurodiversity in employment! It was an great to be featured on the BBC One Show, discussing the importance of creating a more inclusive workplace for neurodivergent individuals. This conversation was particularly powerful thanks to the contributions of Tom Gee, who shared their inspiring employment journey, and Alex Young from Projects, who shed light on how businesses can support people through supported employment initiatives. These insights, alongside the insightful Buckland Review of Autism Employment, highlight the clear need for greater inclusivity in the workplace. I believe that by embracing neurodiversity, businesses can unlock a world of untapped potential and create a more vibrant and successful workforce for everyone. This conversation serves as a reminder that together, we can make a significant impact in supporting both businesses and individuals within the neurodiverse community. Let's continue to champion this important conversation and drive positive change. If you or your organisation are interested in learning more about supporting neurodiversity in the workplace, please don't hesitate to contact Exceptional Individuals. We're here to help! Danny Ireland, Ruth-Ellen Danquah and Nathaniel W. Hawley are doing amazing work supporting employers in the space. #neurodiversity #employment #inclusion #bbconeshow #exceptionalindividuals #thebucklandreview #neurodivergent #actuallyautistic #ADHD #dyslexia #dyspraxia #tourettes #autism #autismacceptance #autistic #disabilityinclusion #workplaceculture #diversityandinclusion
