The Electrical Industries Charity
Fundraising
Supporting our people through life's challenges.
About us
At the Electrical Industries Charity, we take pride in being the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals within the electrical and energy sectors. Our primary mission is to provide unwavering assistance to all members of the electrical and energy industries and their families when they face life's challenges – no matter how big or small – at every phase of their lives. The charity was formed over 100 years ago and was born out of a profound sense of responsibility to aid those within the industry who might encounter adversities such as accidents, infirmity, misfortune, or limited financial means due to old age. Over the years, we have continuously evolved alongside the dynamic changes in the electrical and energy industries. As part of this evolution, in 2014, we embarked on a transformative journey, adopting our current name – the Electrical Industries Charity. This new identity signifies a more interconnected and vibrant organisation, deeply integrated into the heart of these industries. Our focus remains on delivering practical support and fostering collaboration within the sectors to enable them to assist their own members. Today, the Electrical Industries Charity offers a diverse range of services to cater to the specific needs of individuals in our industries. We are committed to ensuring the well-being and welfare of our community, standing by their side through thick and thin. Join us on our mission as we continue to empower and uplift the people of the electrical and energy sectors, uniting them in solidarity and support. Together, we can build a brighter and more resilient future for all.

The summer of football is drawing to an end. By next Sunday night we will hopefully be celebrating but either way lets join in the football party in aid of our industry charity The Electrical Industries Charity. I know many of my contacts have played football over the years. This is a great opportunity to come together and play the game we love and have some fun in aid of a fantastic cause.

Mountain number 2 in the bag 🥾🥾⛰️⛰️ Climbed Scafell Pike today, the tallest mountain in England 🏴 At 978m tall, this was not as tall as Snowdon but certainly steeper on the climb up! On to Ben Nevis for my next training session before flying out to hopefully conquer Mount Kilimanjaro in September with the Electrical Industries Charity If you would like to sponsor me for my challenge, please follow the link below. Thank you to those that have already sponsored me 😊 https://lnkd.in/e5ECnqMd
