The first Friday in September is ‘Foodbank Day’ and this year, The Fostering Team and their foster carers have donated a range of essential items to Stockport Foodbank. It was a lovely visit where we learnt a lot about the amazing work the Stockport Foodbank do. And we even got a tour of the Warehouse! As the cost of living continues to rise, many families are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet and provide healthy meals for their families. Stockport Foodbank provides nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them. We are immensely proud of the diversity among our foster carers and love celebrating important occasions with them. Recently, we hosted a vibrant Eid celebration at our Stockport offices.
