Happiness Coach & Certified Emotion Code & Body Code Practitioner. Helping you to live well so that you can work well.
About us
The Happiness Gap is a heart-centred business, owned by Sarah Perrett – an Insight Happiness coach and Certified Emotion Code® & Body Code™ Practitioner. The Happiness Gap brings the two worlds of science and 'woo woo' together, using methods that encompass quantum physics and neuroplasticity, blended with intuition and energy work. When you live well, it makes it much easier to work well. In order to help clients make peace with their emotions and live happier lives, Sarah uses many tools and modalities, including the PERMA model of positive psychology. Another of the tools used is a form of energy work – The Emotion Code, used to enable you to get rid of emotional baggage. The technique works to identify and release Trapped Emotions™, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events trapped in your body. Trapped Emotions can cause a variety of physical and emotional issues – they can block you from feeling love and happiness, make you feel disconnected from others, even block you from building abundance and a successful business. Because Trapped Emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute soreness and even more serious issues. Releasing Trapped Emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal itself physically, and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much easier to handle. This method also works to release negative beliefs that you may be holding and that could be sabotaging your chance at having success in business, relationships, life in general. It’s even great for when you're feeling ‘stuck’ in some way and don't know how to move forwards. The Body Code is a patented, revolutionary energy balancing system, intended to help uncover root causes of discomfort, sickness & suffering, both physical & emotional. I use it to support my clients in their journey to wellness & feeling better in all life areas, including business.

I Build Brands on Purpose & Bridge The Gap to Happiness | Brand Consultant & Graphic Designer | Insight Happiness Coach | Emotion Code & Live Well, Work Well Practitioner
Have you ever thought about this... every product you put on your body most likely ends up in your system somewhere – blood stream, lungs, nervous system, brain... do you know what's in those products? Would you want to know?! I DO think about these things and am always ready to hear about more natural alternatives, so I was glad to have an inspiring Zoom chat today with Kirsty Pringle about Arbonne products. They are natural, sustainable and have a lovely back-story (I care about stuff like that too being a brand consultant :) Thank you for enlightening me Kirsty – I can't wait to try my samples! #arbonne #naturalproducts #skincare
