Serious about health. Passionate about care.
About us
Circle Health Group is the UK’s largest private hospital group, with more than 50 locations nationwide. We combine clinical excellence with peaceful surroundings, where patients are always treated as individuals. People are at the heart of everything we do – whether that’s our talented, passionate staff or the people they care for. Patients always come first, and when it comes to looking after you, being ‘good enough’ never is. We are investing millions of pounds into making our hospitals the best they can be. This funding is boosting our facilities and technology, as well as nurturing the amazing people who work for us. The investment programme saw us named Private Hospital Group of the Year in 2021. In 2021 Circle was featured in Health & Social Care’s 20 Best Companies to Work For, and also placed in the Top 25 Best Big Companies to work for. Since 2019 we have held the Silver Award in The Ministry of Defence's Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme. We offer more than 500 different treatments across 60 specialties, and work with a network of over 6,000 renowned consultants. When you choose to go private with us, we’ll take the time to get to know you and your individual needs, building a bespoke treatment plan that puts you front and centre. Each year we welcome around 296,000 inpatients and 1.7 million outpatients. They trust us to provide the quality, expert-led treatment they deserve. And with 98% of them saying they’ll recommend us to their loved ones, it’s clear we do just that. If you need treatment and you want to speak to a specialist, we’re here for you. Get in touch today and we aim to see you within 48 hours. Alternatively, if you are looking to join a dynamic team in a supportive environment, why not take a look at our extensive range of roles in clinical and non-clinical settings? Get in touch today!

This week we held our Senior management, Heads of Department & Leads Away day at Oldham Athletic (2004) Association Football Club Limited at Boundary Park. The day started with our Executive Director, Sarah Agnew challenging us all to stretch a curly wurly as long as possible without it breaking, there was chocolate everywhere, great fun icebreaker to kick off the day! We then had the pleasure of Paul McGee - The Sumo Guy with a fantastic motivational talk on effective communication. Sarah Agnew also gifted us all with one of Paul’s fantastic publications to read. We had a great HR update session with Greg Gane Assoc CIPD who guided us through the current and futures changes affecting us as an employer & as employees since the changes in government, when to expect changes and how to plan for them. In the afternoon we all came together to look back over the last year, look at what we achieved and review areas that we want to develop & continue to improve in whilst discussing strategies for the coming year. TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More!! #teamwork #awayday #inspiring #educational #motivational

Today Highfield Hospital celebrated - World Pharmacy Day. This is a global event and it has given us an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the vital role the pharmacy team play in improving healthcare outcomes for patients worldwide. Our pharmacy team at Highfield Hospital marked the occasion with a special Pharmacy Stand in our main reception area where they invited all staff and visitors to stop by and join them in celebrating the contributions pharmacists make to patient care. There was an opportunity for anyone to ask any questions that they may have had about any medications. They also had some fantastic Interactive Games: You could test your pharmacy knowledge with quizzes, word searches, and trivia and be in with a chance to win fun prizes! Health Awareness: We discovered how pharmacists help manage chronic conditions and improve patient outcomes. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us in celebrating the valuable role that the pharmacy team play in healthcare. Prizes winners will be announced shortly! Well done to Qasim Hussain and his fabulous pharmacy team. #worldpharmacyday2024 #pharmacists #Healthcare #medications #teamwork #celebrating
