✔️Another week of entrepreneurship training and networking completed I finished the project management workshop and wrapped up my first eCornell course, which resulted in a certificate in The Psychology of Getting Things Done. This week also included multiple workshops: ➤Irresistible Masterclass- Sales & Marketing with Larry J. Gould ➤Understanding VCs with Zac Geinzer ➤Hiring Employees and Employee Benefits with Chase Wickenheiser, CFP® ➤Sales Workshop with Nathan Habib ➤Introduction to B2B Founder-Led Sales with David Manner ➤How to Build Investor Pipeline with Caroline Wharton I also heard about the successes of startup founders from previous Runway cohorts during a virtual roundtable. It was motivating to see how much progress they’ve achieved in their startups with the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute's support. Lastly, I attended the Cornell Tech HI Social Hour with Cornell Tech research community members. This week's key insights: ➤Effective project planning and management are foundational to success ➤Engage with customers early and understand their needs ➤Building an investor pipeline is crucial However, one aspect I have yet to discuss in these updates is how much I value a cohort supporting each other's unique journey.
