As Halloween is approaching, I thought 'ghosting' would be an appropriate topic! 👻👻👻   Unfortunately in recruitment it is a common and frustrating occurrence (not The Niche Partnership – WE RESPOND TO EVERY APPLICATION. When communication goes well, ghosting becomes far less likely, fostering a culture of respect and professionalism in the recruitment process.   🔹 Why do candidates ghost Recruiters?
