About us
The Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Club have a rich history dating back to 1946, captivating fans at the National Ice Centre, with a loyal fanbase that consistently exceeds 5,200 spectators on average per game. The Panthers have a decorated legacy, boasting 25 major titles. Notably, they are the only British team to have ever won European club honours with their Continental Cup victory in the 2016/17 season and the only British team to qualify for the knockout stages of the prestigious Ice Hockey Champions League. Throughout their history, the Panthers have not only provided thrilling ice hockey action but have also made significant contributions to their community, through initiatives that encourage health and wellbeing to programmes that promote sport at the grassroots level. Their achievements on the ice reflect their commitment to excellence and their pivotal role in promoting the sport across the UK.
