With the return of professional football, the Premier League Charitable Fund is reminded of the power of sport to bring people together. The Premier League together with the English football authorities, including the Football Supporters' Association, have joined forces to promote messaging to fans that football should be a positive and welcoming experience for all, making it clear discrimination and other unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated on match days. Last week, more than 360 young people from across England and Wales took part in the Under-16 mixed and girls' Premier League Kicks Cup national finals at St. George's Park.   Alongside the participant focused activities, representatives from professional football club charities, police forces and partners across women's and girls' football joined the Premier League Charitable Fund and The Premier League to explore further opportunities to use the power of football to create safer and more inclusive communities, and increase access into football activity and future footballing pathways for girls.
