Blame or Learn? When things go wrong we have a choice: Find someone to blame or see what we can learn. Bureaucracies blame to avoid criticism, Leaders learn so they can improve. It’s our choice. PDC trains leaders to learn. #leaders #learn #improve #choice

About us
Arthur Turner and Pamela Heneberry started this Leadership development organisation in 2010, since that time PDC has increased its influence in the fields of leadership, management, coaching and mentoring. We are particularly proud of our published book Critical Leadership (Heneberry, Turner & Pardey, 2019). Since March 2020 PDC have developed a significant on-line presence that provides innovative and real time development solutions. We are still using the skills and creative techniques of experiential learning and action learning with great success, as well as delivering one-to-one coaching sessions. Our highly qualified team associates – all specialists within this field - have also worked across the UK in delivering a wide variety of tailored courses, qualifications and programmes of development – now firmly rooted in our tailored on-line offerings and solutions.
