  • In spite of having highly effective technology deployment it was almost entirely candidate centric and had not been utilised to develop new business or expand existing client relationships. They were challenged by how to innovate in the area of business origination , specifically trying to avoid the traditional recruitment mindset of rapidly scaling up teams of people to increase call volumes in the hope they increase vacancy volumes.     Helping Recruitment Agencies Succeed Through Tech Stack Optimisation 🚀

    During after-work drinks at the pub with a client last week, I overheard a conversation where someone said they were struggling to find the right candidates for one of their roles. I was having none of it, so the next day I made them a tutorial video, giving them 10 different ways on how to search for that specific talent pool within Bullhorn. I might not have heard about this problem if I hadn't worked in my Client's office that day- I'm glad I overheard this so I could help! And this week, I've spent the last two days in Dublin with Tracey O'Neill, discussing and planning how we can support the wider recruitment industry as it navigates tech, data, and digital transformation. So much creativity which I just don't think we couldn't have replicated over online calls. I ❤️ meeting in person!
