If we asked you what an insight is, you might feel you can answer that pretty easily. Especially if you analyse social data to find insights. After all, we gotta know what we are looking for to find it, right? But in this emerging industry where most people are self taught, are we all looking for the same thing? At SI Lab we believe that social insights are on a continuum - some insights are more concrete where others are a little abstract.
