I wanted to do a shout out today to another incredible female business owner Judy Ingber as im a passionate believer in women supporting women Jude and I met nearly 20 years ago at PR agency grad scheme apprentice style days. We bonded from the off as straight talking northerners. Oh and as someone who could tan like no-one has ever seen and someone who could do a year in a country of heat and never tan. We were the ying and yang of desk buddies. We both landed a dream role at Shine in 2005. Our paths crossed again at Weber. But what I love about Jude is she is so good at PR but has carved herself a great business and reputation into recruitment.
