10 Things You May Not Know About Us 1. A lot of our posts talk about the products that we make. But there's a whole other side to us; we are passionate about teaching people craft, design and business skills. We're open to anyone in our community to come and learn skills, gain confidence and experience or just volunteer some free time. And all those hours really add up...

We are delighted to announce that we have received funding support from The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland - this will help to support our core service delivery, providing free training and experience to people in our local community.
Today we are awarding £17.3 million in #NationalLottery funding to over 500 projects across Scotland! 📣 These groups are supporting their communities in a myriad of ways, from helping isolated people experience friendship and connection, to giving young people the skills and confidence they need for a bright future. Announcing the funding our Scotland Chair, Kate Still, said: “As The National Lottery approaches its 30th birthday later this year, it’s wonderful to see how, three decades on, the funding is still changing lives for the better and what can be accomplished when people join forces for a shared purpose or to support one another.”

We are delighted to announce that The Workshop Aberfeldy has been selected to make trophies to recognise the recipients of The King's Awards for Enterprise. The final design is still under wraps but we’re excited to be able to reveal it soon. The Award is a brilliant way to celebrate the achievements of a range of UK businesses, and every trophy will support our work inspiring young and disadvantaged people in our local community. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come.

We were delighted to be asked to make a plaque and medals for the Morrison's Academy Enterprise Challenge. This event brought together teams from five primary schools across Perthshire to compete setting up their own fragrance business for the day. A fantastic way to inspire young people, both those taking part and those working with us to make the medals for this event; this is a great example of how your purchasing power can be used to support others. What can we do for you?

Reduce, reuse, recycle… our values as a business include avoiding waste, both for us and our clients. We made this whopper of a sign for a local property business. When it changed hands, the new owners asked if we could reuse the sign; with a bit of care and attention we’ve done just that and we can’t wait to see it back in position.
