This week, we kicked off our accountability calls! These calls serve as practical follow-ups to each Growth Programme session, where we discussed how to put Blair's advice into action. We covered quick wins, challenges, and worked together to solve any issues, while also setting goals for the next session and defining what success looks like. Divided into three groups based on turnover size, we had some incredibly valuable conversations. Founders shared advice, collaborated to solve problems, and exchanged experiences. And yes, we documented all the accountability actions, ensuring everyone stays on track! I gave myself 6 months to make this ‘agency’ thing work. I had £300/month coming in, living in a new city on my own. 4 months later I was hiring my first team members. Fast forward 3 years, we’re a team of 17, have helped over 200 business leaders and charge a little more than 300/month... These 3 surprising mindset fixes changed my life in 6 months: 1). I broke limiting beliefs. I realised what I offer is valuable, and if you offer something valuable, people will pay good money. Once I believed that, everything shifted. Don’t stress about raising prices by £50. Instead, start thinking: “How can I add an extra zero?”. 2). I changed my relationship with money. I stopped thinking money was dirty and scarce. Really, it’s just a vehicle. Every new client win opened my eyes to the amount of opportunity out there. This isn’t ‘manifestation’ BS. It’s mindset, which affects your confidence, energy and performance. 3). Focused intensely. It was all or nothing. I cut out every distraction, sacrificed comfort, and completely locked in. If you can, move to a new city for 6 months. I promise you it will change your life. Unfortunately, there is no magic wand you can wave. And most ‘overnight successes’ you see online took 5+ years of pure grit. That’s what it takes. But if you’re able to stick with it? You’ll achieve more than you currently think is possible.
