🚴♂️ This September, our very own Ben Schats is embarking on an extraordinary cycling challenge! Starting from Liverpool on September 5th, Ben and a group of 10 dedicated amateur cyclists will take on an incredible journey—cycling all the way to Switzerland in just 8 days!! After crossing the UK, they'll catch a ferry to Holland, and follow the River Rhine upstream into Germany. The final stretch will take them up and over the French and Swiss Alps, culminating in a climb to Verbier, which sits at an impressive 1,500 meters above sea level. This monumental effort is in memory of Ben's close friend, Jorden Berry (Bez), who tragically lost his life to suicide. Every penny raised will go directly to the amazing James' Place Charity, which provides free life-saving support to men in suicidal crises. No one helps Formula 1 Fans (and teams) Stay On The Grid like Hilton and last weekend we demonstrated that at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone for the British Grand Prix. Over the course of the weekend we hosted fans, Hilton Honors members, and owners for a race weekend experience that included moments with McLaren Racing’s Zak Brown, Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, Paris Hilton, Jess Glynne, and Joel Dommett, all set on the Hilton Garden Inn rooftop or suites directly overlooking the track. One highlight, among many, for me was our Friday night tasting menu presented by some of Hilton’s award-winning chefs from the original content series, Off The Menu. We also helped bring the Stay to the more than 20,000 fans staying at the Woodlands campsite which featured exclusive access to a race-inspired menu and cocktails, an interactive McLaren pit stop challenge, racing simulators, and a Hilton X Paris Hilton glam garage for a bit of self-care. A huge thanks to our team and our partners at McLaren Racing, dentsu, Threefold, Right Formula, 11:11 Media, Influential and the hotel team for helping us create an experience that showed race fans that It Matters Where You Stay. #HiltonForTheStay
