When things don’t work out, your brain loves to spin a story about why you should give up... 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬. 𝘐’𝘮 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴. 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦.
