Minute taking isn't just for governance professionals... 🎤 💥 Whilst minute writing is a core skill for governance professionals, we can all agree that the ability to write with accuracy in a concise manner is a valuable skill for anyone in business. We're delighted to be training a team who work in Financial Crime next week and who report into a Board level committee. Their training wish list was based on being able to capture and record risks and challenge in their minutes. This is a sophisticated skillset especially where many voices are heard and there's a need to evaluate which information is material and where the decision may not be heard with clarity.
