Set on the coast line in the hamlet of Harty and just an hour’s drive from London, the 16th century Ferry House offers a mix of relaxed & formal dining and meeting spaces housed in the main pub building, Hop Barn and Event Suite, including break-away rooms, seminar spaces and conference & workshop areas. If you're passionate about working with locally sourced produce and cooking to a 2AA Rosette standard, we’d love to hear from you. Our field-to-fork approach means you’ll be working with the best seasonal ingredients, including produce from our own kitchen garden, beef from our family farm, and game from the Harty Estate. With an onsite butchery and nose-to-tail ethos, this is a great opportunity to work in a sustainable and creative environment. If you have solid kitchen experience (AA Rosette experience preferred but not essential) or are a Commis/Demi Chef ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you.
