If you're passionate about working with locally sourced produce and cooking to a 2AA Rosette standard, we’d love to hear from you. Our field-to-fork approach means you’ll be working with the best seasonal ingredients, including produce from our own kitchen garden, beef from our family farm, and game from the Harty Estate. With an onsite butchery and nose-to-tail ethos, this is a great opportunity to work in a sustainable and creative environment. If you have solid kitchen experience (AA Rosette experience preferred but not essential) or are a Commis/Demi Chef ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you. Spring Barn: Progressing Towards 2026 We’re excited to share the latest update on Spring Barn, our highly anticipated second wedding barn, set to open in April 2026. The newly released artist impressions showcase the barn's rare oak Hammerbeam frame, exposed brickwork, and expansive glass frontage offering uninterrupted estuary views—bringing our vision one step closer to reality. With the addition of Spring Barn providing a third ceremony option, a second wedding barn, an in-room bar, a festoon-lit courtyard, and allowing for a private pub drinks reception, it has been designed to elevate our offering and provide couples with an unforgettable experience.
