For years, I struggled with bulimia, trapped in a cycle of shame and self-loathing. I thought controlling my body through food would bring peace, but it only deepened my pain. Recovery wasn't easy, but it taught me to embrace vulnerability and realize my worth isn’t defined by my appearance. With therapy, support, and self-compassion, I started to rebuild my relationship with food and my body. Today, I can look in the mirror and see strength, not flaws. Recovery has shown me that self-love is possible, and I deserve it.
