About us
Today’s competitive fundraising environment is not for the faint-hearted. Together we can develop fresh, innovative solutions to boost your fundraising in a rapidly changing landscape. THINK is the leading international consultancy dedicated to not for profit fundraising. We’ve been working with charities in the UK and all over the world for more than 15 years. Before we joined THINK, each of us was a senior fundraiser for top UK charities or major INGOs. So we understand first-hand the challenges you face every day. Strategic consultancy - What do you want to achieve for your organisation? Greater efficiency and effectiveness? More income? Real growth? We want to work in close partnership with you to bring your vision for your organisation to life. And to help you meet new challenges with fresh solutions. We are used to working at every level, from everyday hands-on projects to blue sky ideas. What we bring to the table is original, intelligent thinking, a creative approach and rock solid, practical experience. Together we can achieve amazing things. THINK Intelligence - If you need key insights and knowledge to drive your fundraising activities forward, then Think Intelligence is the ideal resource for you. Interim people - From time to time every organisation needs a little extra support. A key person leaves, a special project demands particular skills or there may be a strategy gathering dust you want to put into action. The problem is that experienced not-for-profit professionals don’t grow on trees. THINK’s sister company, THOUGHT Support, can access our extensive network of not-for-profit professionals to bring you exactly the right person for as long as you need them. Why not start a conversation with us and see how we can work together to achieve extraordinary things? *Posts by THINKers Becky, Matt, Hannah & Amanda

As we await today’s Autumn Budget outlining how the government plans to tackle the £22 billion 'black hole' in public finances, many in the charity sector will be preparing for the potential ripple effects on funding. Although no direct cuts to charity funding are expected, we all know that some of the proposed measures - like reforming inheritance tax, and aligning capital gains tax with income tax - could have significant indirect impacts on charitable donations and legacy income. Now, more than ever, it’s essential to build resilient, sustainable income sources that can weather the changing economic landscape. If you’re part of a charity navigating these uncertain times and are keen to review or strengthen your fundraising strategy, get in touch for a chat. 💬

Great last morning at #IFC2024 - brilliant session from Amnesty International Argentina on the development of their video game Escape to Freedom. This is a space more charities need to be in. Then closing plenary - three inspiring women activists from around the globe, three very different stories of fights for equality and for human rights. Homeward bound now with a head full of new ideas. Thank you Willeke van Rijn , Ruby Chadwick and the whole The Resource Alliance team for another magnificent IFC!

And just like that... three sessions delivered at #IFC2024! A big thank you to everyone who attended - hope you enjoyed and learnt something you can take back to your organisations. And an even bigger thank you to the fabulous Giancarla Pancione for being so generous with sharing the Save the Children Italy story .. both the glories and the challenges. A privilege to be able to share the stage with such a successful fundraising leader. Good luck to all those who attended as you plan your new fundraising activities - would love to hear how it works out, so do keep in touch. THINK

We’re excited for the start of #IFC2024 with the brilliant Mar Garcia Sanz kicking us off with a powerful and important opening keynote. We are in a state of poly-crisis across the globe. With the economy, environment, and democracy itself at threat. How do we start to turn things around? What are the solutions when the world teeters on the brink?
