  • 🔥 What is ThirdEYE Innovation? …. the self-professising WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN scenario At the ThirdEYE International Sports Consultancy we pride ourselves on an innovative approach to enriching the sports sector and delivering positive social change…..but how! We create profits by selling the lived-experience of sports professionals, our consultants, to the global sports sector to enhance our clients career pathways, and in doing so protect the good mental health of our consultants by providing them with “work” during periods of inactivity, such as being released from their contract, extended leave due to injury and rehabilitation, and when on the road to retirement. 🔥Win 1 Enhancing the career pathways of our clients. 🔥 Win 2 Protecting the good mental health of professional and semi professional athletes and coaches. Profits earnt are then reinvested into ThirdEYE’s very own social mobility programme for sports students, enhancing their CV’s with real life sports business experience, whilst also extending their own professional networks. 🔥 Win 3 Enriching the academic experience. 🔥 Win 4 Improving national and international career opportunities for sports students upon graduation. By working with the ThirdEYE International Sports Consultancy, sports students market and sell value-added products and services to sport-sector businesses, sports clubs, sports charities and other sports organisations, which in turn create profits for reinvestment into the global grassroots sports sector. 🔥 Win 5 Local communities are enriched through investment into grassroots sports clubs to improve infrastructure, enhance their safeguarding provision, and to sustain and protect their very existence. 🔥🔥🔥 Grassroots/Community sports are the foundations of the all important sports eco-system, to choose not to invest time, money and resource into securing its future would be suicidal. To find out more about how you can benefit from our work please DM us and/or visit our website.

  • 🔥 Developing Sports Leaders of the Future. In today’s competitive job market, practical experience and networking are crucial for students aspiring to carve out successful careers. Recognising this need, the ThirdEYE International Sports Consultancy have introduced an innovative student-led business programme designed to cultivate the next generation of sports leaders. The “Complementing the Curriculum” programme not only equips students with practical skills and invaluable experience but also enhances their CVs and expands their professional networks. A unique progression pathway, mirroring the trajectory of a real-life corporate journey, sees sports students in their first year, take on the role of project workers. Here, they immerse themselves in various projects that allow them to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-life scenarios. This foundational phase fosters essential skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and project management, all while giving students a taste of the collaborative spirit that drives successful businesses. As students progress into their second year, they have the opportunity to advance to mid-level positions, such as account managers and team leads. In these roles, they are tasked with overseeing projects, mentoring newer members, and developing strategic initiatives. This hands-on experience allows students to refine their leadership abilities, gain a deeper understanding of business operations, and demonstrate their capacity for responsibility and innovation. By the third year, students who have successfully navigated the previous stages can aspire to senior executive roles such as CEO and Managing Directors. These positions are not merely titles, they empower students to make high-level decisions, shape business strategies, and drive projects that can make a significant impact. This final stage of the pathway prepares them for the complexities of corporate leadership and equips them with the skills necessary to manage teams and visionary projects effectively. The goal of ThirdEYE’s student-led business team is to enhance the employability of its members. By participating in this initiative, students develop a robust skill set and a diverse portfolio of experiences that enrich their CVs. Moreover, as they collaborate with peers, faculty, and industry professionals, they foster connections that will serve them throughout their careers. In conclusion, ThirdEYE’s student-led business team is an innovative platform that not only prepares students for the workforce but also instills a sense of confidence and leadership. By engaging in real-world business experiences and progression, students emerge ready to tackle the challenges of the professional world, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and networks they need to succeed. As they become the leaders of tomorrow, they carry with them the fundamental values of collaboration, innovation, and integrity that ThirdEYE stands for.

  • 🔥Positive Outcomes… This why we do what we do! We were contacted by one of our ThirdEYE student graduates to provide him with a job reference based upon his performance within last years “Complimenting the Curriculum” (CtC) programme. Here’s what he had to say… “Thank you so much for the reference. And thank you so much for every opportunity you gave me within the CtC programme, it really is incredible. To have secured my first proper job, I really cannot thank you enough. All of the job interviews I have been through, they all love the CtC programme and it gives us students something very meaningful to talk about, whilst also being able to relate the interviewers questions back to our experience.” Impressive right?!?! As well as providing us with another proof of concept, it also gives us all at the ThirdEYE International Sports Consultancy the impetus and motivation to continue to do what we do. Employers, put your trust in the hands of our next generation and continue to give opportunities for them to shine….they won’t let you down.
