    If you want to get more out of your business development calls today, make sure you don’t do this… ❌ Not have a targeted list of prospects to call that fit your ideal client profile. ❌ Don’t do any research whatsoever on why you’re calling them. ❌ Wing every call without a script and not have clarity on the problems these potential clients may have that you can solve. Do a lot more of the following to get much more out of your business development time today… ✅Organise your data and prospecting list before you go into focused business development time. Spend your time calling and having conversations, not on admin. ✅Have the current version of your business development script ready to hand and ready to execute. This should include the most common objections you typically run into with your go-to responses. ✅Set yourself an output target, not a time doing the activity target; I’m doing an hour of BD, will turn into I’m going to aim to call 30 prospects on my target list today.
