    Wow, Wow and Wow! At the Thrive Law conference I met Luke McKeever again. First of all, Luke talks as much as I do and he is super duper funny (just like me 😉). Just a bit of a background story, I met Luke for the first time 2 years ago at Mottram hall (event organised by the amazing Michael Considine ) where Luke showed a new approach to help colleagues understand how their brains work. If you worked with me before, you might have heard me asking, "how does your brain work? do you prefer this or that?" 2 years of hard work of Thomas International and now they have a working system that we had the privilege of testing at the conference. By choosing the most and least word that describes you, it gives your profile and a description how your brain works 😱 absolutely mind blowing. It is an amazing system, easy to use and I would make it mandatory at every workplace. Communication is one of the main issues of our private and work life and it could help so much to understand ourselves and our colleagues. Interesting fact, that through the app, I found my twins Luke McKeever , Michelle Hartley FCIPD and Jodie Hill 🎉🎉🎉 Shout out to Sharn Atherton who tested the app with me 🫂
