We are deeply committed to ensuring the protection and welfare of children in the cocoa production process on our farms. Our dedication aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which aim to eradicate #childlabour entirely by 2025. Our Child Labour Policy is designed to prevent and address child labour in our cocoa farming operations, in compliance with Ghanaian law, international labour standards, and with the best interests of the children at heart. We contribute to the elimination of child labour and address its root causes within the #cocoaproduction sector. We are focused on preventing the use of child labour in all our cocoa farming operations. By doing so, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where children can thrive without being subjected to labour that hampers their growth and development. Improving the prospects of youth in #cocoa producing areas is one of our critical goals. We strive to provide better opportunities and support to young people, ensuring they have access to education and pathways to a brighter future. This includes promoting awareness and understanding of child labour issues among our employees, suppliers, communities, and other stakeholders. By educating our network, we hope to foster a collective responsibility towards eliminating child labour. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. We work closely with local authorities, communities, and organisations to address the root causes of child labour, such as poverty and lack of access to education. By tackling these fundamental issues, we aim to create sustainable solutions that benefit not only the children but the entire community. We believe that every child deserves a childhood free from labour, with access to education and opportunities for a better future. By adhering to our Child Labour Policy, we are taking concrete steps to ensure a sustainable and ethical cocoa production process. We're letting nature lead the way in everything we do. By choosing #organic production, we keep 7,800 litres of harmful pesticides out of our ecosystems each year. 🌱 But we don’t stop there. Our focus on #regenerativeagriculture means we’re actively restoring ecosystems, enhancing biodiversity, and ensuring that water and carbon cycles remain efficient and sustainable. This approach protects the environment and builds a world where healthy food production flourishes and communities thrive. We’re dedicated to reducing our environmental impact by embracing innovative, eco-friendly technologies, minimising greenhouse gas emissions, and ending #deforestation. Our value chain reflects our values, ensuring that everyone benefits from our sustainable practices. We believe that protecting the planet is as important as producing quality #cocoa, making a positive impact on the environment and supporting the communities that make it all possible. #ThreeMountainsCocoa

Our journey towards impactful and sustainable cocoa production through organic farming is yielding remarkable benefits for both farmers and communities. The shift has brought positive changes, especially in access to natural water sources like rivers (Pra, Kome, Subin, Supan), springs, and streams. These water bodies, vital for domestic use and agriculture, are thriving. 👊🏾 Organic farming not only improves the health of the soil and the people who live upon it, but also ensures the conservation of these precious resources. We’re pushing for better quality lives in our communities and that starts with the roots. We’re advocating for better soil, water conservation and sustainable farming practices to produce the very best tasting cocoa. #ThreeMountainsCocoa
