At 93 years old, Charles Agyapong has seen and experienced the life of farming for almost a century. Charles comes from Abetifi in Eastern Ghana and works as the linguist to the Chief of Takyikrom. He is also a hard working farmer with 15 acres of his own land. An intelligent man, he is committed to organic cocoa farming, relying on his crop to support his wife and 6 children. The knowledge of an individual such as Charles Agyapong is to be cherished and respected. His experience holds the full context, the bigger picture. As the ICS Manager at Three Mountains Cocoa, he meticulously oversees various aspects of the process, from cultivation to shipping, approaching each order with meticulous care to guarantee the highest level of service. Gideon's role involves documenting all cooperative records, managing the internal control system, and ensuring adherence to strict internal organic standards. He is one of the strongest chains of communication between the beans you receive and the farmers who produce the pods!
