It is a common reaction and a tool to building connection. However, by providing possible solutions, you may be getting in the way of them having an opportunity to take ownership, build confidence and grow through the experience. How can Thresholds support you? Crossing Thresholds is our flagship year-long programme that offers a structured and supportive environment for women to develop their careers. What does the programme involve? Five themed group modules taking place over two days, peer support groups, one-to-one mentoring and shadowing opportunities: Module 1 - Career goal setting and planning Module 2 - Getting the balance right Module 3 - Succeeding at interviews Module 4 - Communicating with impact Module 5 - Positioning for success.
