Historically partner promotions and partnerships have struggled to reflect the gender diversity in law, but TLT is bucking this trend. 💡 Research conducted by The Lawyer has shown that we are leading the way when it comes to attracting and retaining associates, as well as improving gender diversity at partner level. The research published in The Lawyer’s latest Signal Report has provided insight into the shape of the partnership pipelines at the top of the UK market. Earlier this year, we set a new target to reach 50% female partners by 2029 building on our 2023 success and demonstrating our continued commitment to supporting women’s career progression, spotlighted in the report.
