Goose and I had a great time today at UEA Today! TOM AND TOTO bring 8 dogs to the University of East Anglia every week as part of our well-being partnership. Time spent interacting with friendly dogs increases oxytocin and decreases stress levels and cortisol. In a world where demands are constant and poor mental health is increasing, we are really proud of our well-being dogs!
