Size does not always determine victory. A machete can cut down a tree, but it can’t shave your beard, while a razor blade can’t cut down trees, but it can shave your beard. Success lies in wait for you when you focus on your area of strength. If a razor tries to cut down a tree, it will be a failure in life. So, stop comparing yourself to others. Everything shines when it is its time. Whether the sun, moon, or stars. Take you for example. You don’t put on your lights during the day because it is not the right time. You, too, will shine. Your time is coming soon. Everyone is not in the same time zone as you. When it is night in Australia, it is still morning in America. Thus, don’t compare yourself to others whose time has come. An elephant is pregnant for two years. A rabbit is pregnant for a month. Rats are pregnant for just two weeks. The length differs because their offspring are different. You’re pregnant with an enormity. Don’t compare yourself to someone pregnant with mediocrity. That orange is in season doesn’t mean corn won’t have its own season. Wait for your season!

If school could teach you how to be rich, the first people that would be rich would be your teachers. But they are hardly rich. School is important. Stay in school. Graduate. But don’t expect your certificate to be your ticket to wealth. Financial education is taught in school, but financial intelligence is learnt on the streets. Don’t limit your learning to the four walls of a school. Remember that Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs don’t have degrees. Yet, they have billions!

A WISE MAN ONCE SAID 1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to; 2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that borrowed you remember or ask for it. It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes. 3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner. 4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’ or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem; 5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public; 6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time; 7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative; 8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all; 9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're; 10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you. 11. Praise publicly. Criticize privately; 12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will; 13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next;  14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness; 15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with respect; 16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude; 17. Never give advice until you’re asked; 18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age and salary; 19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it; 20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. Moreso, eye contact is as important as your speech. 21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren. 22.After reading a good message try to say    "Thanks for the message".

You have no one else but yourself. If you are waiting for someone to come and help you solve your problems, then realize that they are busy solving theirs and they do not have the time to think about yours. However, the secret to life is not only being a problem solver to just your problems, but being a problem solver to other people's problems too. That's a higher level of service. Of course, the bigger the solution is to those problems then the higher the amount of money people will be willing to pay. Sometimes, some problems won't pay immediately, but you would've done what only a small percentage of people do in the world - understanding that no one is coming to save them. But they have the capability to save themselves and also help solve problems for others. Higher Consciousness.

If you waste opportunity, you won't taste success. And the most common opportunities that the majority of people will get are ideas. Unfortunately, most people waste their ideas by not writing them down. And ideas are spiritual. If you don't write them down, you lose them. So, whether you are in the shower or bath, cooking or making love with your spouse, as soon as you get an idea, stop whatever you are doing and write it down. Please don't say to yourself that you will remember it. You won't. A short pencil is ALWAYS longer than a long memory.

Wisdom is the ability to discern differences, whether small or seemingly irrelevant. For example, the main difference between a rich person and a poor one is how they utilise their time. Time is one of the most egalitarian concepts in existence. It is a leveller. Nobody has more or less than you. We all have e the same amount of it. But we do not all use it the same way. You spend eight hours binge-watching Netflix, yet blame village people for your poverty. It does not work that way. Time is the most precious thing you have. Therefore, pack value into it. Don't dull your mind with constant stimulation from entertainment. Rather, ideate, plan, and then execute your ideas. Make that process, and you will make process your address!.
