8 Bishopsgate, London, UK Facade installation completed by T&D Glazing and Installation Limited for our client Permasteelisa Group. This project, running from April 2021 to April 2024, is a testament to the dedication and effort required to work in London. Many of our team left home as early as 5 AM to make it to the site on time, returning between 7 and 9 PM—often due to long commutes. And let’s not forget the night shifts. Hundreds of people worked tirelessly with their hands and tools, pushing through early starts and late finishes to make this vision a reality. We keep going because we need to work to put bread on the table at home and pay the taxes—like everyone else who’s honest and contributes to society, so we can all live in peace. No CSCS Card? No Problem! ‾‾‾‾‾ With just £22.50 and a bit of effort, you can start working in 2 days. 🚀 How to Get Started: ‾‾‾‾‾ 1. Today: Book a simple Health & Safety Test online, available in Romanian. 📝 2. Tomorrow: Go to the test. Look for centres with available slots (Chelmsford, Croydon, etc.). You can travel by train. The important thing is to find an available slot as soon as possible. 🚆 3. The Day After Tomorrow: You can start working. Simple, right? 💪 Come on, be brave, don’t be like those who think: "I’ll wait and see, it’s too far, I don’t speak English, maybe, possibly". ✨ How to Obtain a CSCS Card: ‾‾‾‾‾ 1. £22.50 - Health & Safety Test: Book online and go to a centre for a simple safety test. ✅ 2. £80-£140 - NVQ LEVEL 1 Operatives Course: Book a one-day course (or do it online). 📚 3. £36 - Card Application: With the two tests/courses above, call and apply for the CSCS card. 📞 Total Cost Approx: £140-£200 💷 Note: ‾‾‾‾‾‾ If you can afford it or prefer to stay comfortable on the sofa browsing Facebook or watching a soap opera on TV, you can use a consultancy firm to handle all the bookings for you. There are Romanian or English training firms that can help. 💻📺 YOU WILL NEED TO ATTEND THE TEST AND COURSE (THE COURSE CAN BE DONE ONLINE NOW). Just be aware that a consultancy firm has its own costs as a company (offices, admin, equipment, insurance, etc.), so it will be a bit more expensive, between £300 and £400.
