That’s a wrap on our third annual Insurtech Insights media partnership – we came, we saw, we were blown away by the new solutions we discovered, and the thought leadership demonstrated across the various stages. Some of our key take-aways from today: ◾Creating a culture of curiosity within an organisation around new #tech accelerates learning, whereas fear that new technology will take jobs stifles learning ◾ It’s important for leaders to create psychological security within their organisations – by demonstrating that they too don’t know everything and are always learning ◾ Top skills for new #employees in the coming years will be resilience, balance, and critical thinking ◾ Employees need to want to be ‘surfers riding the waves of new technology’ ◾ There’s not a single function in insurance that isn’t being revolutionised by #AI We can’t wait to introduce some of the new tech providers we’ve met – and expand on the ideas we explored over the last few days – with our international #travel and health #insurance network at October’s INNOVATE THIS event. For now, we’re basking in the afterglow of the INSTANDA wine, grateful to have caught up with so many industry friends, and thankful to the Insurtech Insights team for bringing together such an incredible group of people. 🚀Off to a strong start at Insurtech Insights Europe. The exhibition floor is buzzing, the conference sessions are packed – and the atmosphere is thick with the anticipation and excitement of #collaboration.   We’ve had lots of productive meetings with industry friends, potential new partners, and companies that we can’t wait to introduce to our network.   We’ve also managed to catch a few #conference sessions, hearing from thought leaders from across the global insurance industry. Some of our key take-outs so far:   - AI should be seen as an opportunity to give customers a service that’s more personalised and relevant - Innovation should be seen as a path to ROI - The insurance industry is still riddled with friction.
