We’re marking National Apprenticeship Week with something special—our 2,000th apprentice graduate! Michael Dixon, Branch Operations Manager at Keyline Civils Specialist, has officially completed his Level 3 First Line Manager Programme with distinction making him our Group's 2,000th apprentice. His journey is a brilliant example of how apprenticeships build skills for life. Michael developed his career with a Level 2 Distribution apprenticeship, gaining confidence, leadership skills, and the drive to tackle bigger challenges. His advice?  “If you want to push forward in your career, an apprenticeship is the best way to do it.” Michael is only one in a long line of apprenticeship graduate success stories at Keyline and the wider Group.
