Last week was a blast! As the incoming Chair of the Association of Translation Companies, the ATC's Thrive 2024 Unconference was my first opportunity to show value to the industry and the ATC's members. I would like to give a big thank you to James Brown, together we crafted the theme, decided on the content, and collaborated with two exceptional speakers Andy Preston - Motivational Sales Speaker - Sales Training - SKO, and Bryan Montpetit. I think the audience will agree that the content hit the spot - helping our members to THRIVE, to be motivated, and to push forward with growing revenues in a challenging time for the translation services industry. The unconference approach hit the spot, it was a relaxed and friendly two days, where industry experts, owners, and senior management shared ideas and experiences.
