Happy Birthday to us 🎈🍰🍾 It was fantastic to see everyone at our 9th birthday drinks last week at the Lamb and Flag. Thanks to all who came to celebrate it with us, especially with October being a busy month in the calendar. It's been a brilliant year for Cunniff, with a growing team and some really exciting projects. Looking forward to the Big 10 next year!

The Trebbi Annual Golf Day 2024 took place on Friday 27th September at Rother Valley Golf Centre.…. brilliant, fun and maybe a little bit competitive at times! The weather held out, even though there still seemed to be a few excuses of the first tee with wayward shots.  ⛳ Thank you too all those that attended and stayed smiling even when a few golf balls got lost along the way. 🏌 Congratulations to the winners of the team event, closest to the pin, fairway finder and captain MVP. It was also an opportunity to do fundraising for our chosen charity Candlelighters Trust, with a putting competition, where over £200 was raised! As the world celebrates ‘International Day of Charity’, it seems a perfect opportunity to update on the two amazing charities Monaghans and the rest of the Trebbi companies have been fundraising for in 2024. Candlelighters Trust is a charity that brings light to families affected by childhood cancer. They provide emotional, practical, and financial support to families, while also investing in vital research to improve the outcomes and lives of children with cancer. The Lily Foundation focuses on improving the lives of people affected by mitochondrial diseases. Mitochondrial disease, or 'mito' is the term given to a group of genetic medical disorders caused by mutations in mitochondria, so when they fail the consequences can be serious and wide-ranging. Over £4,000 has been raised to date across both charities with a whole variety of fundraising events taken place and more still planned! They have included Bake Sales, Raffles, Sweepstakes, Car Boot Sales, Leeds 10k, Football Tournament, Pool Competition and much more. Over the next few weeks and months there are some challenging fundraising events which include staff taking on both the National and Yorkshire 3 Peaks and an Abseil down the Moda building in Leeds, which is a 148ft descent! https://lnkd.in/eZJcMzxm https://lnkd.in/e9Kjkg2t #charity #candlelighters #lilyfoundation #monaghans #trebbi

A fantastic result at last weeks Commercial Property Awards, hosted by Yorkshire Children's Charity - our very own Ben Pipkin scooped the coveted ⭐Rising Star⭐ Award! It's a thoroughly deserved award as Ben has not only made great strides in his role as Design Lead at Cunniff Design, but has also co-chaired the Leeds Society of Architects, spearheaded the return of the Leeds Architecture Awards and is now Chair of the RIBA Yorkshire Council. The awards event at Rudding Park was a tremendous success as always and raised a total of £369,904 which will help support the Great Yorkshire Build.

We are delighted that our very own Ben Pipkin has been shortlisted for the Rising Star award at this years "The Yorkshires: Commercial Property Awards" at Rudding Park, in support of the Yorkshire Children's Charity. We look forward to seeing friends and colleagues there on the night to cheer Ben on and of course congratulations to all the shortlisted entrants. Its a tough category this year!

Trebbi are delighted to announce that this year we have chosen two amazing charities to support with various fundraising challenges, events and days: Candlelighters Trust and The Lily Foundation. This year, we've decided to split our fundraising efforts across the Trebbi office locations with our Sheffield and Manchester offices fundraising for Candlelighters, and our London and Leeds offices fundraising for The Lily Foundation. To kick off our efforts, Trebbi's Managing Director Craig Hibbert is donating £2,000 towards our fundraising efforts, which will be split between both charities, with the aim of growing that into as large as a sum as possible by the end of the year.
