"Nurturing psychological safety requires a culture of openness, trust, and vulnerability that may not come naturally to all workplaces. Overcoming these challenges requires proactive leadership, ongoing training, and a commitment to continuous improvement." This month we are exploring Psychological Safety. A workplace that promotes openness and trust helps ensure that their people experience: 💡 Innovation and creativity - people feel comfortable sharing their ideas, leading to better solutions. 🤝 Increased Engagement - people more likely to contribute, leading to more effective collaboration. ☀️ Wellbeing - a culture of trust, without fear of judgement, leads to reduced stress and better performance. Last year, Tribe Culture Change's Lead Consultant Richard Opie spoke to SHP about Psychological Safety, learning from past incidents to overcome today's workplace culture challenges 👇 https://lnkd.in/eBGZhsGj #psychologicalsafety #wellbeing #tribeculturechange

Huge congratulations to our client JLL who recently secured a place in the top 5 for the Best Practice Award category at the Training Magazine Apex Gala, thanks to their innovative One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together Initiative. We’ve worked with JLL on their One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together Initiative since 2019 and are thrilled to see the results from this project are realising their long-term global cultural aspirations. It’s great to see the strategy mapped out by Mark Ormond and Tim Eldridge getting the recognition it deserves. We’re thrilled to announce we won the Gold Award in the category ‘Best Long-Term Video Strategy’ at the Lens Awards last week! We also received a Silver Award for ‘Best Video Targeted to the Internal Audience’. Both these are for the Pocket Soaps that we produced for Arcadis; these are films about real people and their emotions and dilemmas. The films engage with the audience on an emotional level, and thus became more effective, affecting and memorable with employees. These accolades are a reflection of the hard work from the Tribe Culture Change production team and the support from Arcadis so well done to all those involved! Watch our film showreel to see how we use film to shift behaviours and create long-term culture change. https://lnkd.in/eUQWUR2N #LensAwards #stickymessaging #culturechange #behaviouralculturechange #tribeculturechange

This month we are focusing on storytelling 📖 because telling stories is core to our unique approach to culture change. Here's why 👇 People react to stories because it evokes emotions. And emotions make messages stick. A boardroom presentation listing do’s and don'ts might be forgotten quickly. But a story that makes you feel something? That sticks. As David Mansell, our Lead Creative Consultant, put it in an interview with SHP in 2022, "This is because we know that a great story will engage the emotional part of a person’s brain – not just the retinal. And so, the message stays with you… because it makes you feel something." Read more about David's career in television, and how he and our wonderful creative team produce powerful drama stories designed to change the culture in a workplace. https://lnkd.in/dxJSRknt #stickymessaging #culturechange #behaviouralculturechange #tribeculturechange

“The best use of technology will bring workers into the process, rather than isolating them.” 👷♀️🤖 AI continues to make an impact on almost every industry, including behavioural safety culture change. But when should it be used? What are the downfalls? How are humans involved in this world of AI?
