European security teams are overworked, underfunded and overstretched. Or so the latest research from ISACA has found. Having surveyed over 1800 members, the cyber body found that: 🌐 52% of professionals think soft skills are most lacking in the workforce 🌐 68% claim their role is more stressful now than it was five years ago 🌐 53% believe their organisation’s #cybersecurity budget is too low These stats point to a worrying trend in our industry, and a workforce crisis that we all need to address as the volume of cyber threats continues to increase.
